
This is a family-run business started by its founder and visionary, Krzysztof Maj. Together with his sister Małgorzata, who manages the property on a daily basis, they aim to provide guests with a safe and comfortable space to relax and recharge. The picturesque and peaceful surroundings, the high standard of the cottages and their setting, as well as the warm hospitality and welcoming, family-like atmosphere, create the perfect conditions for rest and for experiencing the essence of "slow life".

Our air-conditioned cottages ensure a comfortable stay in any weather, regardless of the temperature outside.
Our guests can order an optional breakfast or grill basket for an additional fee. The baskets are filled with regional products sourced from our local artisans.
For our youngest guests, we’ve prepared a safe playground with swings, a slide, climbing frames, and a trampoline. The playground is set on grass, so children can enjoy playing on a natural surface in addition to the sandy beach.
We warmly welcome guests with their pets. To ensure comfort for everyone, we’ve designated cottages no. 4 and 5 for stays with furry friends. We kindly ask that you follow our pet policy so that all guests can enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay.
An evening gathering with friends around the warmth of the fire, roasting sausages, bread, or potatoes, is a childhood memory for many — here, you can relive it and share the experience with the little ones.

The Park in Busko-Zdrój is a picturesque spa area divided by the Maskalis River into two sections: the old and the new. The old section, established in the 1830s, was designed by architect Henryk Marconi and executed by gardener Ignacy Hanusz. At the center of this part of the park stands the impressive Marconi Sanatorium, one of the most iconic buildings of the spa resort. The new section of the park, spanning 12.5 hectares, was opened to the public in 2008 and features numerous fountains, walking paths, and bridges, making it a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation. Together, the two sections of the park are home to approximately 4,500 trees and shrubs, including species such as ash, lime, maple, chestnut, as well as exotic specimens like the Kentucky coffeetree and London plane. Several kilometers from our facility flows the Nida River, where kayaking trips are organized. This is an excellent attraction for both beginner and experienced kayakers. The numerous meanders and river floodplains serve as a haven for protected bird species and a paradise for nature enthusiasts. Kayak trips on the Nida provide a great opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in nature.
